You can easily place a bio photo near the top of your SmugMug homepage and surround it with text that explains how amazing you are. Your bio photo will also show up next to any comments you make.
First, log in and go to your SmugMug homepage (click Your Photos in the menu bar you see near the top of the page once logged in).
If you don't see the space for your bio photo and text on your homepage, click the Homepage Layout button at the top of the page and check the "Your Bio" option.
Adding a bio photo
- Add the photo to any gallery on your SmugMug site.
- Navigate to that photo in one of your galleries.
- Pick This Is Me! from the Tools Menu above the photo.
That's all there is to it!
Gotcha: A bio photo from a password-protected gallery with external links turned off won't show up for visitors. You can change the settings in your Customize Gallery settings.
Adding text
You'll see an edit link beside your bio when you're logged in. That will open a text box (place to type your bio) right beside your bio photo.
After typing, click Save. Admire your remarkable bio.

Deleting your bio photo
You can do this in your Control Panel. Go to the Settings tab and click the change link next to the word "bio".
